Exceptionally clean room, exceptionally clean common area, with nice lighting and quality bedding making it perfect for a restful night, and the warm cookies every evening added a lovely touch to my stay.

The shower experience in the handicap-access room left much to be desired!!! Ice machine accessibility should be improved, especially for first-floor guests!!! TV reception interruptions were frustrating during the stay!!!

Super clean & cozy stay!

Just spent 4 nights in a cozy spot! The rooms were super clean and felt like new. Loved the warm cookies every evening, such a sweet touch! The common area was perfect for chilling or getting some work done. Only thing was the ice machine situation—had to trek to the second floor, which was a bit annoying.

perfect base for exploring burley’s parks and attractions

during my weekend stay, I loved that I was just a short stroll away from Story Book Park, making my morning walks truly enjoyable, and I couldn’t get enough of the scenic views along the Snake River, which added a wonderful touch to my exploration of the area.

I loved how exceptionally clean the hotel was. The common areas felt very welcoming, perfect for relaxing or working. Every evening, warm cookies added a sweet touch. Breakfast offered a nice variety to start the day. My room, Standard Room with Two Queen Beds, was quiet and well-appointed. However, I did notice the lack of an ice machine on the first floor, leading to a trek up to the second floor for ice. That could definitely be more convenient. Still, the excellent service made up for these few bumps. Overall, a pleasant stay with minor inconveniences.

Burley has some tasty local bites! You can't go wrong with El Caporal's mouthwatering Mexican fare! The room felt super clean and was a slice of quiet heaven. Plus, those warm cookies every evening? Pure gold!

Had a few rough patches like slipping on a small bath mat and dealing with those pesky daddy long legs. Also, navigating to the second floor for ice was a bit of a trek.
